1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SRT Royal website and marketplace, operated from Bangladesh ("SRT Royal", "we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting a hire request, or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for individuals or companies; one account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, harass users, or attempt to circumvent security.

3. Hire Requests & Projects

• Submitting a hire request is not a confirmed booking. A project begins only after both client and designer agree on scope, timeline, and price.
• SRT Royal facilitates the connection; the final working agreement is between the client and the designer.
• Requests with false information, unlawful projects, or offensive content will be removed.

4. Payments

• Payments are initialized through the supported gateways (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz) and confirmed only by the gateway.
• Project pricing, milestones, and refunds are agreed between client and designer before work begins.
• SRT Royal does not store card or gateway credentials on the site.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience with a completed project. We may remove reviews that are spam, off-topic, or abusive, and we moderate all published reviews.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content you upload (portfolio items, briefs, messages) remains yours; you grant us the right to display it as needed to operate the marketplace.
• The SRT Royal name, logo, and site design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to distribute malware, scrape data, spam other users, impersonate others, or attempt to break the platform's security.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SRT Royal is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between clients and designers. Our total liability is limited to the fees we received in connection with the relevant project.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes means you accept them.
